Pastor Michael T. Williams is a Minister of Music, Life Coach, Preacher and Teacher of the Gospel and the Pastor of Outreach and Community Development for Shades of Worship International. Pastor Williams was born and raised in Lawnside, NJ. He accepted Christ at the tender age of 11 and joined First Christway Church in Camden, NJ, where he served in ministry until 1989. In 1991, he graduated from Glassboro State College with a degree in biology.

He later joined Bethany Baptist Church (Somerdale, NJ) under the leadership of Bishop David G. Evans. His ministry gifts and callings were developed and nurtured as he worked with the youth ministry, men's ministry, evangelical counselor, drama, choir and prison ministries.  In 1996, he became the minster of music at Living Faith Community Church and in 1997 was licensed as a minister of the Gospel by Pastor Jeff Arthur.

Pastor Williams is Co-Pastor of Shades of Worship International, a multicultural ministry that endeavors to bridge racial and cultural divides by embracing and encouraging diversity in worship.  Pastor Williams' unique style of preaching and teaching invites audiences to experience the Bible through drama, theater, and expression while narrating the journey. He is the founder of Shades of Worship International's "Eden", food distribution center, which services Camden County and Gloucester County.

Pastor Williams is happily married to Pastor Melody Council-Williams and together they parent two beautiful children, Knea and Caleb. His life verse is Proverbs 4:7
